Include enough context for your request, such as the page or feature you were using and the information you need help understanding. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or other credentials in an email.

Use support@runvector.io for help using RunVector, questions about a feature, or feedback about an experience in the product. When relevant, describe the device, browser, page, workout, race, or account setting involved so the support conversation has the details needed to understand the question.
Privacy and data questions
Use privacy@runvector.io for questions about privacy or personal data connected to your use of RunVector. State the privacy or data topic you want to discuss and provide only the account details needed to identify the request.
Security concerns
Use security@runvector.io to report a security concern. Describe what you observed, where it occurred, and any steps that help reproduce the issue. Please avoid including credentials or sensitive information that is not needed to explain the concern.
