You have full control over your data. Here's how to delete it.
Delete Your Account
Delete your account and covered data from active systems, including:
- Activity data associated with your account, including activities synced from connected services or uploaded to your account
- Your profile and preferences
- Heart rate zones and training settings
- Race history and predictions
Account deletion cannot be undone through the Services. Deleting your account through Settings immediately removes your account and covered data from active systems. Supabase creates daily database backups retained on a rolling seven-day schedule, so snapshots created before deletion may temporarily contain your information until they age out of that window. If you prefer, you can request data deletion by email. We will process your request within 30 days.

Disconnecting a connected service does not delete activity data already associated with your account. It stops new syncing from that service; activity data already in your account remains available until deleted. Deleting your account through Settings immediately removes your account and covered data from active systems, but earlier copies may remain in daily database backups until they age out of our rolling seven-day backup window. Deleting your account does not automatically remove visitor-based public training plans or related events; those records follow the separate retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.
