You have full control over your data. Here's how to delete it.

Delete Your Account

Permanently delete your account and all associated data, including:

All synced activities from Garmin
Your profile and preferences
Heart rate zones and training settings
Race history and predictions

This action is irreversible. Data cannot be recovered after deletion.

Go to Settings

Request via Email

If you prefer, you can request data deletion by email. We will process your request within 30 days.

Important Note

Disconnecting Garmin does not delete your data. It only stops syncing new activities. Your previously synced data remains in your account for continued analysis. To permanently delete all data, you must delete your account.
